 I don't really have a complaint today or even a topic of interest, but I'm very much looking forward to participating in the conversation.

I suppose since I am the first to post a reply, I'll go ahead and toss a topic out there to see what happens.

I'm an avid tournament No Limit TexasHold 'Em player. It's my passion. Are there any other players in the group? Any desire to get a game running somewhere low stakes of course! Is there anybody out there that is interested in learning to play? I'd be more than willing to introduce newcomers to the game (no money involved).

 We played a very loose game of cards once at one of our meets...it was a lot of fun..like Kathie says...it would be a great way to mingle, so to speak...

 We have an ongoing rubberband war in my office. It's rare that 30 minutes goes by that a rubberband doesn't come flying over my cubee wall.
Some of us are getting better at using object in the office to help us get to our targets. I like to deflect them off the ceiling to actually hit my target over a cubicle wall, while others use filing cabinets to get them around corners.
Occasionally, 6 or 7 of us will all get our bands ready and all jump into a cube and just shoot the hell out of a co-worker while they are on the phone with a customer and totally unable to defend themselves.

My cooler talk is about endless emails sayin you want to hook up but never set a desired time or date. then the 1 or 2 emails that just hang in conversation. what up with that. We hate that too, or people who make a agreement to meet then never show. Whats up with all of that?

That has happened to me as well....there is no problem if they have to cancel just be kind enough to let the person know...I wouldn't do that to anyone else
